The valve seat adopts a metal-metal sealing structure, with a spring preload design, which always maintains a 0.01mm sealing gap in the stroke from full open to full closed, achieving zero leakage control.

Its double stem sealing system (packing seal bellows seal) has passed the API 607 fire test and can maintain sealing performance for more than 60 minutes under fire conditions; the valve body flow channel adopts an equal percentage characteristic curve design, and the flow regulation accuracy reaches ±2%, meeting the stringent requirements of chemical reactor feeding, boiler feed water regulation and other scenarios.
