Gate Valve with Bypass/ Integral Bypass Gate Valve

General Application:

※ Metal seat wedge gate valve with bypass used for isolation of sections

and branches in pipeline.

※ For water, sewage and neutral liquid applications, in below or above

ground applications.

※ To minimise risk of structural damage to its components when filling a

pipeline.

※ To reduce operating torque when operating the large valve by equalising

pressure across the gate.

Featrue:

※ Size range: 10’’(DN250) - 40’’(DN1000)

Valves DN 600 and up shall have a bypass of DN at least DN50.

※ Pressure range: 150lbs - 2500lbs (PN16~PN420)

※ Opening: open bypass valve first, before opening main valve

Closing: close main valve first followed by bypass valve.

※ Sedelon body and bonnet design for high strength and impact

resistence.

※ Valve Feet to facilitate safe storage.
