Bronze Strainer Valve: Precise Flow Control Secret

Bronze Strainer Valve achieves effective interception of impurities in the fluid and precise regulation of flow through the synergy of filtering structure and valve control. Its core mechanisms mainly include the following aspects:

Filtering mechanism

Filter screen/filter element interception: When the fluid enters the bronze filter valve, it first flows through the filter screen or sintered filter element made of bronze. These filter elements use their pore structure or specific filter screen density to effectively intercept solid particles and other foreign matter, thereby achieving preliminary purification of the fluid.

Bronze filter element characteristics: Made of high-quality materials such as aluminum bronze and tin bronze, it has good corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. The pore size of the filter element can be precisely adjusted according to specific application requirements to adapt to different high-precision filtering scenarios.

Impurity deposition: The intercepted impurities are gradually deposited on the bottom of the filter screen or the surface of the filter element under the action of gravity, and the filtered clean fluid is discharged through the outlet, ensuring the quality of fluid output.

Fluid control function

Valve adjustment: By rotating the valve stem or handwheel, the valve disc (such as the stop valve structure) is driven to control the on-off or flow rate of the fluid. This design allows the user to flexibly adjust the fluid flow state according to actual needs.

Stop function: The valve disc moves along the center line of the valve seat, and when closed, it can completely cut off the fluid path to ensure the safety and controllability of the system.

Flow regulation: There is a proportional relationship between the valve disc stroke and the fluid flux, making this valve very suitable for applications that require precise flow control.

Maintenance and cleaning

Removable design: In order to facilitate daily maintenance and regular cleaning, bronze filter valves are usually designed to be easily disassembled. This not only helps to extend the service life of the equipment, but also improves the overall operating efficiency.
The use of flange connection or split structure such as Y-type filter makes it easy to disassemble the filter/filter element for cleaning or replacement. When impurities accumulate, the flange cover can be opened to remove the filter, and the filter can be reinstalled after cleaning to restore the filtering performance. Bronze material is corrosion-resistant and suitable for corrosive media environments such as seawater and sulfates.
