Sedelon?Ceramic Ball Valve

------------------- Wear-resisting Experts

Sedelon? Ball Valves are made of variety of materials, Such as Bronze Ball Valves, Stainless Steel Ball Valves, Carbon Steel (Cast Steel ) Ball Valves, Forged Steel Ball Valves and Ceramic Ball Valves.

Features:

For Ceramic Ball Valves, the body and bonnet are made of steel, but the ball, seat and bushing are made of Ceramic (with high stability and hardness: HRC 90 ). That means the wet parts which contacting the medium are all made of ceramic.Ceramic ball valves do open and close function in excessively abrasive media.

Their higher hardness makes them less susceptible to wear. They also deform less under load. Their service life is 2~4 times longer than that of steel.

Sealing performance mainly depends on the ball and seat processing. As for this kind of ball valve, the balls are processed by advanced grinding equipment. The ball grinding and lapping performance are good such as roundness and roughness. When the ball touched and connected with the seat, good sealing performance can be achieved by the its self-lubricating property of Zirconia Ceramic.

All these features make Ceramic Ball valves preferable to be used for medium that contains solid particle, such as gypsum slurry, ash water, puremix, mud, etc. These valves are widely used in following industries: PaperSilicon powderCoal chemicaletc.

Body & Bonnet Materials :

Cast Steel : ASTM A216 WCBASTM A351 CF8, CF3ASTM A352 LCB,etc.

Forged SteelASTM A105 A182 F304, F316, F316L, F51,etc.
