How to choose the Valves material ＠Sedelon valves

All we know,Manufacturing a valve need a lot of valve parts,Including different kinds of black metal、Non-ferrous metals and their alloys、All kinds of non-metal materials etc.

So how to decide the material when using valves,it is according to the following factors:

1. The pressure、temperature and features of the work medium.at the same time also need to know the clean degree of the medium,also should refer to the relevant provisions of the state and using department’s requirement.

2. Should know the force situation of the valve part,and know its role in the valve structure.

Body、Bonnet&Disc are the major parts in the valve,Directly under the medium pressure,so the material of this three parts should comply with the provisions of the valve pressure and temperature rating.

3. Good manufacturability.

4. In the cast of meeting the above conditions,than need a low cost.

How to maintain the Valves ＠Sedelon valves

After we choose and buy what the valves we needed,You must want the valve using a longer time.So how to extend the valve’s usage life,Doing like following:

1. Valves should be stored in dry and ventilated room,both ends of the channel must be blocked.

2.The valves,if not used for a long time,should be checked regularly against corrosion and applied with anti-rust oil.

3. After installation,should be check regularly.the main checking items as follows:

(1)Sealing surface wear situation;

(2)The trapezoidal thread between stem and stem nut wear situation;

(3)The packing is outdating or not,if have wear,need to replace a new one;

(4)After Valves repair and assembly,need to do test for the valve sealing;
