Due to the lower alloying content, duplex stainless steels can be lower in cost, especially in times of high alloy surcharges. Additionally, it may often be possible to reduce the section thickness of duplex stainless steel, due to its increased yield strength compared to austenitic stainless steel. The combination can lead to significant cost and weight savings compared to a solution in austenitic stainless steels.

As the core equipment of the oil, gas and petrochemical industries, Api602 Forged Globe Valve has become a safe guardian of high-pressure and high-temperature fluid systems with its performance designed for extreme working conditions. The valve is manufactured in strict accordance with API 602 standards. The forging process is used to form carbon steel or alloy steel materials in one piece. The internal defects of the material are eliminated through high-temperature forging, so that its yield strength is increased by more than 40% compared with cast steel valves, ensuring stable operation under ultra-high pressure of 60MPa and high temperature of 650℃.
